What is Marella?
Marella AI is a private enterprise knowledge platform. It combines cited answers over approved documents with knowledge structures, configurable agents and governance controls. OpenKit Ltd is the legal operator.
Where does our data go?
The answer depends on the selected deployment. Managed, customer-cloud and self-hosted paths have different storage, inference and operational boundaries, which are documented during architecture review.
Is Marella certified for regulated environments?
Certifications apply to the legal operator and a defined scope, not to software in the abstract. Ask for current certificate files, scope, review date and the deployment responsibility matrix during procurement.
How do we know an answer is accurate?
Citations can open supporting source passages, but citation presence is not proof of accuracy. Test correctness, completeness, absent-answer and conflicting-source behaviour on representative documents.
Can Marella connect to our existing tools?
Marella implements native Confluence content sync and a control layer for compatible MCP servers. Other named systems are scoped requirements until implementation and end-to-end behaviour are verified.
Who do we talk to about implementation?
The Marella AI team can scope an evaluation, document responsibilities and agree the support needed for the selected deployment. Production rollout follows only if the evaluation and procurement review support that decision.
