Cookie notice

No advertising tags, and no behavioural profile of any visitor. Session replay runs only for visitors who accept analytics cookies, and never records the contents of a form field. The site keeps an anonymous session ID in sessionStorage, with the page a visitor first landed on and the one they arrived from most recently. That stays in the browser tab and is sent only when someone submits an inquiry form.

Two tools count visits for every visitor, including anyone who declines the banner. Ahrefs Web Analytics records the page, a privacy-reduced referrer and coarse signals such as country and browser. PostHog records the same plus which links and buttons were used and how far down a page a reader got. Neither sets a cookie or writes to the device: PostHog holds its state in memory, so the visitor identifier lasts one page view and is then discarded. No profile is built and no session replay is recorded.

This needs no browser storage, so it needs no consent, only a free and simple way to object. "Statistical purposes" in the preferences panel switches the PostHog counting off, on that visit and every later one. Declining cookies is a separate control and does not stop it. These events never contain names, email addresses, message text or confidential workflow details, and form measurement records field names rather than anything typed into a field.

Accepting analytics cookies does two things. Google Analytics 4 loads and sets cookies, which is what tells a returning reader from a new one. PostHog moves from memory to persistent storage so its counting stays consistent across pages, and starts recording session replays: a playback of how a page was used, with every input field masked. A replay also captures our own code's console output. Replays are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Nothing from Google is requested until a visitor accepts. Consent defaults to denied under Consent Mode v2 and the gtag script is not loaded until consent is given. No replay is recorded before acceptance.

The hosting, network and form providers may process request metadata needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP address, browser and timestamp. This is separate from the measurement described above and is not used to profile visitors.

The public inquiry form submits to Web3Forms after the user chooses to send it. Following external links takes the user to services with their own cookie and privacy practices.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named cc_cookie for six months, and you can change it from "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. Declining or withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics loading on the next page, stops session replay, and clears the storage PostHog was given. The cookieless counting keeps running; to stop that too, use the "Statistical purposes" switch in the same panel.
