Professional Services

Turn professional services project records into searchable knowledge

Marella lets a team ask questions of the project records the firm already holds, with each answer tied back to the engagement it came from. See how quickly someone finds prior work and drafts from it.

The problems your teams face

01

Knowledge walks out

The reasoning behind a project decision usually lives in a folder nobody opens or in one person's head.

02

Context collapse

An answer reused without the engagement it came from can cost a firm more than it saves.

03

Inconsistent outputs

Teams repeat research and rebuild familiar deliverables from scratch.

How Marella fits

01

Prior-work research

Find relevant approaches and read the original source and its scope.

02

Proposal support

Draft from approved capability and case material, with the evidence still linked.

03

Knowledge curation

Merge duplicate entities and concepts, with a person signing off each correction.

04

Where responsibility stays

Client confidentiality, engagement terms and professional review determine what can be reused and by whom.

What your evaluation should ask

Take one professional services workflow you already run, and test three things: do the source links hold up, does it say so when your documents do not cover the question, and will your reviewer sign off on the controls.

Frequently asked questions

What documents should we use in an evaluation?

An evaluation document set should be small and representative. Include the current and archived versions of the same document, the formats that give you trouble, questions you already know the answer to, material that does not contain the answer at all, and at least one case where two documents disagree. The last two matter most, because they are where a weak system still looks confident.

Does Marella replace a regulated professional?

Client confidentiality, engagement terms and professional review determine what can be reused and by whom.

How are security and deployment handled?

Settle five things before any document moves: where documents are stored, which model route they take, how users are identified, what the system connects to and who operates it. Managed, customer-cloud and self-hosted deployments divide those responsibilities differently, so agree the boundary against the option you are choosing.
