Pricing
How Marella AI is priced
Marella AI is priced per deployment, so this page carries no list price. There are three ways in. In each one we write down the scope, who is responsible for what and the price before either side commits.

Common questions
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because deployments differ. Document volumes, integrations, the deployment model and the delivery support you need all change the shape of an engagement, so we run the scoping and architecture review first and then send the proposed scope and price in writing.
What does a pilot look like?
A pilot covers one team, a defined document set and success criteria we agree with you before it starts. The proposal then states the evaluation stages, who is responsible for what and the commercial terms for that scope.
Is the security different on smaller plans?
The product mechanisms stay the same, but operational controls, event coverage, hosting and support depend on the deployment you select. We write those differences down for the deployment under review.
Can we move from cloud to private deployment later?
A move may be possible, but portability, model providers, storage, integrations and operational responsibilities all need architecture review first. We do not promise it as an automatic switch.
