Source-linked research across insurance policies and claims

Marella finds the wording, endorsements and procedure that bear on a question, and links each finding back to the document it came from. Insurance teams keep the coverage decision, so write the limits of authority down before anyone leans on an answer.

Does the escape-of-water endorsement apply to flat 12's claim?

Yes, END-4 applies, but the excess doubles because the property was unoccupied for more than 30 days under §9.2.

The problems your teams face

01

Wording variation

Endorsements, schedules and product versions can change what a base wording means.

02

Evidence assembly

A reviewer needs the passages a conclusion rests on before anyone calls a claim covered.

03

Restricted records

Claims material needs someone to decide who sees it, which documents are in scope and how long it is kept.

How Marella fits

Answer operational questions from approved procedure documents.

03

Evidence brief

Assemble a source-linked draft for an authorised decision-maker.

04

Where responsibility stays

Marella does not make coverage or claims decisions. Authorised professionals remain responsible for interpretation and outcome.

What your evaluation should ask

Take one insurance workflow you already run, and test three things: do the source links hold up, does it say so when your documents do not cover the question, and will your reviewer sign off on the controls.

Frequently asked questions

What documents should we use in an evaluation?

An evaluation document set should be small and representative. Include the current and archived versions of the same document, the formats that give you trouble, questions you already know the answer to, material that does not contain the answer at all, and at least one case where two documents disagree. The last two matter most, because they are where a weak system still looks confident.

Does Marella replace a regulated professional?

Marella does not make coverage or claims decisions. Authorised professionals remain responsible for interpretation and outcome.

How are security and deployment handled?

Settle five things before any document moves: where documents are stored, which model route they take, how users are identified, what the system connects to and who operates it. Managed, customer-cloud and self-hosted deployments divide those responsibilities differently, so agree the boundary against the option you are choosing.
