Privacy notice for the marella.ai website

This notice covers the public marella.ai website, including demo, contact and security-pack inquiries. Product workspace data and customer document processing are also governed by the applicable contract, product privacy terms and selected deployment configuration.

The inquiry forms can collect name, work email, organisation, optional role/team, workflow, deployment constraint, short context, discovery source, and attribution such as landing page, referrer and campaign parameters.

Information is used to answer an inquiry, assess whether a requested evaluation or security review is relevant, protect the form from abuse, understand which channels inquiries come from, without identifying the person and meet legal obligations.

The current inquiry form submits to Web3Forms. Ahrefs Web Analytics processes cookieless, identifier-free measurement pings for every visitor. PostHog processes page and interaction measurement for every visitor who has not objected, without cookies or device storage unless analytics cookies are accepted, in which case it also records masked session replays. Google Analytics processes measurement data only for visitors who accept analytics cookies. All are described in the cookie notice. Hosting, security, email and professional-service providers may also process limited data where needed to operate the site and respond. OpenKit Ltd does not sell public-form data.

Inquiry information is kept only for as long as needed for the conversation, potential commercial relationship, security and legal requirements under the applicable retention schedule. Access is limited to people and providers who need it. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
