Policy Q&A with citations and version checks

Policy owners, operations teams and governance reviewers who repeatedly answer questions from an approved policy set.

It is not appropriate when a deterministic policy rule, mandatory form or human authorisation must produce the decision directly.

Agree the source set and expected behaviour before transferring documents through an approved route.

Follow a fixed sequence of steps, with a named reviewer at the end.

Synthetic example: an answer identifies the current retention period, cites the controlling clause and separately flags a superseded policy that states a different period.

Open each cited passage, confirm the document version and check that every material condition in the answer is supported.

Scope access by organisation, department and document set. Test whether revoked users, archived versions and connector deletions behave as expected in the selected deployment.

The policy owner decides the controlling interpretation, publishes corrections and remains responsible for advice or operational exceptions.

Score each measure separately and keep what each reviewer decided. Do not collapse the test into a single made-up score.
