How the connection works
Marella includes Confluence content sync. The spaces you choose are added to the document set, and answers link back to the page they came from.
“Confluence” is not one universal configuration. Record which Confluence edition, which spaces, which authentication scopes, what happens to attachments, how edits and deletions are handled, what happens when a sync fails, and how Confluence permissions map to Marella roles.
Evaluation questions
- Which spaces and content types are in scope?
- How quickly must edits and removals appear?
- What should happen when access changes or a sync fails?
- Which questions will you test with: ones you know the answer to, ones the content cannot answer, and ones where two pages disagree?
